    > Mr. Prosper Richard Asiedu (CEO) Mr. Prosper Richard Asiedu holds an MBA in Financial Management from the St. Clement University, United Kingdom, BSc Administration, Human Resources Management, CAUC, Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the International Professional Managers Association (iPMA), United Kingdom, Graduate Diploma in Management (iPMA, UK) and another Graduate Diploma in Management from the Institute of Commercial Management(ICM, UK). He also holds an intermediate certificate in accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. Richard is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Certified International Manager (CIPM), IPMA, UK and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants, Ghana. Asiedu is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Financial Managers UK, The Institute of Management Specialist, UK, Design Technology and Management Society South Africa, Guild of Industrial Commerce and Institutional Accountants, Canada and the International Benevolent Research Forum, India. In recognition of his status as an Eminent West African who upholds the virtues of honesty, integrity and accountability, he was presented with Nobles International Award by the West Africa Nobles Forum in August 2007 in Lomé Togo. Mr. Asiedu is a Gold Member of the West Africa Nobles Forum. He is an experienced banking professional and was a General Manager for Otuasekan Rural Bank Ltd and Bosomtwe Rural Bank Ltd.

    > Mr. Anderson Baafi Owusu  (Finance & Admin. Manager) Mr. Anderson Baafi Owusu holds B.Com (Accounting) from the University of Western Cape (South Africa) and HND (Accounting) from the Kumasi Polytechnic. Anderson began work as an Auditing Assistant with the KNUST Internal Audit Department after his National Service with the Kumasi Polytechnic Accounting Department. He left in 2002 to enable him pursue further studies abroad. Upon his return, he was employed as an Assistant Finance Manager for Primex Ghana Limited which is a manufacturing industry dealing with fast moving consumable goods products. He then moved to Armajaro Ghana Limited where he worked as a District Accountant. Anderson then moved to Goldline Mining Ghana Limited where he worked as an Accountant. He has rich experience both in auditing and accounting combined with working in diversified sectors such as the Government/ Public University, Printing and Publishing, Agri- business, Mining, Pharmaceutical and Financial.

    > Mr. Daniel Yeboah-Kodie  (Credit Manager) Daniel holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Education, Winneba. He also holds a BBA (Banking & Finance) from the Christian Service University College, Kumasi and is also a product of Sunyani Polytechnic where he obtained an HND (Accounting). In 1994, he also obtained a Cert ‘A’ from the St. Joseph Training College. Dan has worked as a teacher with the GES with the Institute of Islamic Education Primary at Ahwiaa Kumasi. He was with the Sinapi Aba Savings and Limited as a Relationship Officer where he handled both Individual and Groups Loans. He also worked on secondment with the New Generation Investment Services where he handled institutional and individual provident funds.

    > Mr. Kwadwo Nyantakyi Marfo (CREDIT OFFICER) Kwadwo holds an MSc (Economics) and a BA (Sociology & Social Work) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. Upon completion of his undergraduate, he was engaged by the Forestry Research Institute of Ghana where he worked on the collection and analysis of data for various projects. After the completion of his service, he was employed by J.O. Microfinance as an Operations Officer where he was responsible for selling the products and services of the company and was also in charge of the fixed deposit portfolio. He also worked on secondment with the New Generation Investment Services where he was responsible for marketing the Anidaso Mutual Fund and their fixed deposit products.
